Philosophy

Allow me the opportunity, to leverage the top of industry training that I have accumulated in over 40yrs of competitive running, to help you reach the next level in your running.  

I believe in a short term “boutique” type approach to individual training. As a competitive masters athlete myself, I have learned the importance of flexibility in training. It is important that we listen to our bodies and make adjustments to scheduled workouts as necessary due to how we feel, recovered from previous training session, weather and whatever else life throws at us. This is hard to do with long term training programs that are set in stone therefore, I design weekly ones. The key to improvement in running is balance and consistency in training which cannot happen if you over train or get injured. To avoid this, I monitor my athletes closely and change their scheduled key workouts according to the feedback I receive directly from them.
