specialties

intermediate runners
Many runners have the talent, but do not have the knowledge in training to maximize that talent. As an accomplished Hall of Fame high school and college runner I will be able to help you unlock your potential.

master level athletes
As a Top Masters runner (2 podium finishes in the NYC Half marathon), I understand the necessary flexibility in training required due to our everyday life challenges.

triathletes
I am experienced in managing triathletes training load, emphasizing the key workouts with a focus on quality, not quantity.

Pricing Plans
There is a $150 Initial Assessment fee of which $50 will go towards credit for your first month.

Customized coaching to
achieve your goals
There are a million training plans online. However, there are many things that a training plan does not know. Does the training plan know that you are going on vacation on Week 6? Does the training plan know that you are significantly out-performing your intervals? Does the training plan see how your heart rate is at specific paces, and advise to change your pace? Does the training plan see that you are struggling and make adjustments to dial it back? There is no substitute for a good coach.
Every workout will be reviewed, and your training plan will be based on the results of the previous week, as well as your schedule.
Most importantly, a training plan will not keep you accountable in a way that a coach will. Knowing that your coach is going to check on this run, will give you accountability in a way you never knew you needed.
